HT-HIP-1200C high temperature high pressure autoclave adopts nickel-based superalloy as core material, boasting remarkable creep strength and great anti-oxidation performance.

Working limits: 1100°C max temperature, 4 MPa maximum pressure, works perfectly under oxygen or inert gas conditions.

Key upgrade highlights:

1.Solenoid valve fitted on flange to realize automatic pressure release control

Safety Warning

l To ensure operational safety, the high-pressure reactor and heating furnace must be housed inside an explosion-proof cabinet when running under high-pressure working conditions.

l Do not stand directly in front of the top flange without proper protective measures to prevent potential safety hazards.

Precision high-pressure sensor (measurement Range up to 250 bars) installed on the pressure vessel.
