2. 3-phase SCR power; basic or computer-controlled (HMI).
3. Vacuum options: 10-2–10-3 Torr (basic) up to 10-7–10-8 Torr (turbo/cryo).
4. Inert/hydrogen gas systems with safety features; optional quick cooling.
5. Multi-circuit water cooling with flow interlock.
