With its high load capacity and large size, this furnace is designed for production or processing large batches of product.

HT large heat treat furnace is capable of temperatures up to 2200°C.The hot zone features tungsten, molybdenum or tantalum mesh or rod heating elements, insuring excellent uniformity, longevity, and product compatibility.With its high load capacity and large size, this furnace is designed for production or processing large batches of product.

 

The features of the large heat treat furnace :

1. 14″×14″×28″ hot zone, ±10°C gradient, 4-sided heating, stainless steel chamber.

2. 3-phase SCR power; basic or computer-controlled (HMI).

3. Vacuum options: 10-2–10-3 Torr (basic) up to 10-7–10-8 Torr (turbo/cryo).

4. Inert/hydrogen gas systems with safety features; optional quick cooling.

5. Multi-circuit water cooling with flow interlock.

- Double-walled stainless steel chamber (vacuum-ready). Ports for aux equipment.

- Water-cooled front door; removable rear cover. Optional gas heat exchanger for quick cooling.

- High-capacity, low-thermal-loss load supports.

Power Supply & Controls

- 3-phase SCR power supply (circuit breaker, transformer, water-cooled cables included).

- Controls: Basic panel or computer interface (HMI, data logging, recipes).

- Temp measurement: Type CTC (up to 2000°C); pyrometer (>1500°C for >2000°C max). Over-temp safety.

Vacuum System

- Basic: Rotary Vane pump (10-210-3 Torr).

- Optional diffusion pump (10-6Torr) or turbo/cryogenic pump (10-710-8 Torr, oil-less).

Gas System

- Inert/hydrogen options (valve, gauge, flow meter, relief valve).

- Hydrogen: Safety components, burn-off kit. Optional heat exchanger for quick cooling.

Water Cooling System

- Multiple circuits with regulator, gauge, flow switch. Independent valves.

- Flow interlock (cuts hot zone power if flow is insufficient).
