6-Side Heating Muffle Furnace with double Temperature Controllers

electric furnace is a six sides heating muffle furnace, which is designed for annealing super-alloy and precious metal with more uniform temperature zone. This high temperature muffle furnace has a higher heating rate, and reduces the downtime of heating element replacement. The electric muffle furnace is a perfect instrument for sintering and annealing large quantities of metals and ceramics.

HTMF-1200-S6 electric furnace is a six sides heating muffle furnace, which is designed for annealing super-alloy and precious metal with more uniform temperature zone and SiC sheet is installed on the bottom of the chamber which can load heavy samples up to 100 kg. This high temperature muffle furnace has a higher heating rate, and reduces the downtime of heating element replacement. The electric muffle furnace is a perfect instrument for sintering and annealing large quantities of metals and ceramics. The optional refractory alloy chamber provides an economical approach to anneal samples in a controlled atmosphere, limiting cross contaminations, and especially removing binders in ceramics without contamination.

 

Structure

Six sides heating (left, right, front, back, top and bottom) to achieve a more uniform temperature zone.

One SiC sheet is placed on the bottom of the chamber (top of the heating element) to support heavy sample load up to 100 kg.

Double temperature controller to ensure furnace never overshoots 

Thermal-efficient ceramic (high-purity alumina fiber) insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency. 

Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch. 

Built-in vent port removes undesirable contaminants and moisture; extends the life span of the heating elements and furnace.
