HTBLF-1600 electric furnace is a 1600ºC Max bottom loading furnace with a sliding baffle door for fast heating and cooling. It is designed for the thermal shock test of alloy.

Features

Automatic bottom loading for easy operation

Horizontal sliding baffle door for blocking thermal radiation

Programmable temperature controlling up to 1600ºC with 24 segments

Automatic thermal shock cycling is programmable up to 100 times

Close the baffle door to preheat the chamber, then loading the sample for fast heating

Open the baffle door to down-loading sample, then, close the door, and air blow the sample for fast cooling

Power

Single-phase 220 VAC, 50/60Hz (20 A breaker required)

9 KW Max. 

10-foot power cable is included, but without a plug

Recommended heating rate: ≤10°C/min ( 800 - 1400°C ) and < 5°C /min ( 1400 - 1600°C)

The bottom loading stage is driven by an electric motor, which has a 276 mm diameter and 20 kg max. loading weight

The sliding baffle door is driven by a DC motor

Preheating chamber when closing the baffle door 

Open the door, loading the sample to the top chamber for fast heating at an ideal time

Open door, load the heated sample down, then blow it by cooling fans

Repeat the above procedure by setting the cycling time

RS485 port is built-in for PC operation  ( software is included )
