Poly fluortetraethylene (PTFE) Sealing Flange is a pair of sealing flanges made of poly fluortetraethylene (PTFE) for vacuum tube furnace processing tube. It is ideal for working with CVD gases that are corrosive to stainless steel for Anti-Corrosive Tube Furnace.
This PTFE vacuum sealing flange is made of poly fluortetraethylene (PTFE) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on flange.
Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor.
The assembly kit will seal one end of 80-82 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube.
Vacuum pressure can reach 10-5 torr with suitable pump.
Max working temperature: 250ºC
For liability considerations, HT high temperature furnace does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies. Please contact us with any concerns.
Note: A thermal block must be placed in the end of furnace to reduce heat radiation, otherwise the PTFE flange may melt off if furnace temperature is higher than 500ºC.
