  • Product Details
  • Our bottom loading sintering furnace is specially designed for high-temperature sintering of electronic components, with cycles including atmosphere preparation, heating, forced cooling and controlled oxidation. It has a usable zone of 12” diameter x 22” high (305mm x 559mm), suitable for large batch processing.

Features of Bottom Loading Sintering Furnace

Bottom Chamber: Stainless steel, double-walled, water-cooled, electro-polished; hinged door with quick clamps for access; serves as load/unload, cooling and oxidation area; has gas heat exchanger for fast cool-down; with safety/operation sensors, valves and switches.

Top Chamber: Two-section (upper: heater connections; lower: pumping port) for easy maintenance; double-walled, water-cooled stainless steel; hot zone fits 7″ diameter x 12″ high stacks; Tantalum/Tungsten/Molybdenum heating elements (uniform, long-lasting, fast ramp); dished cover with sensor ports and sight window; trays on hearth plate with heat shields.

Load Lift & Isolation Valve: Lift transfers loads and seals vacuum between chambers; electric actuator for vertical movement; preset motion for smooth, repeatable transfer; isolation valve seals top chamber (constant vacuum) when load is in bottom (vacuum/air/inert gas).
