  •     The platform lift type high-efficiency sintering furnace is a type of furnace that can simultaneously achieve degreasing, sintering and waste gas treatment. It adopts a structural design with a lifting platform and a double-layer furnace body. The inner lining of the furnace chamber uses high-temperature ceramic fiber boards, which are made of alumina polycrystalline fibers. With a multi-layer design, it reduces heat loss and improves the heating efficiency. The dedicated backing insulation material ensures a low surface temperature of the furnace body.

    Heating Form

    The furnace chamber adopts four-sided heating and one-zone temperature control. The heating rods are U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods. Through the special arrangement of the heating rods, the uniformity of the heating temperature in the furnace is ensured.

    Thermal Insulation Material

    The furnace chamber uses environmentally friendly high-quality ceramic fiber boards as thermal insulation materials, and is designed in a multi-layered way to reduce heat loss and improve heating efficiency.

    Temperature Control Method

    The instrument uses a temperature controller, which can store 10 firing curves and set adjustable heating curves. A paperless recorder is used to automatically record the whole process of heating up, heat preservation, and cooling down of the temperature in the furnace, and the temperature data can be read and transferred.

    Temperature Control Safety

    The equipment has over-temperature protection (controlled by the temperature controller), phase loss protection, short-circuit protection, open-circuit protection, grounding protection, current imbalance protection, and current limiting protection.
