Rotary tube furnace is designed for syntheses of the inorganic compound with better uniformity at the high temperature. CVD tube furnace can be used to produce battery cathode or Anode power by CVD coating in larger-scale production.

  • HTTF-1100-R Rotary Furnace is a large rotating tube furnace selectable 8" or 15" ID quartz tube with three heating zones and an automatic powder delivering mechanism. Rotary tube furnace is designed for syntheses of the inorganic compound with better uniformity at the high temperature up to 1100ºC and 30 L powder. CVD tube furnace can be used to produce battery cathode or Anode power by CVD coating in larger-scale production.

    CVD Chemical Vapor Deposition furnace is a process which allows the creation of a deposit on the surface of mechanical parts, to protect them from oxidation and corrosion.

     

    Furnace Construction

    Splittable Tube furnace with electric opening/closing function

    SiC heating element for easy repair and replacing

    Three heating Zone with total 1000mm heating zone length

    High purity alumina fibrous insulation structure for max energy saving

    Gear-driven tube rotation allows "blending" type processing for powders to achieve the best processing uniformity. 

    Automatic powder feeding and receiving system are included

    8" or 15" I.D quartz tube selectable for larger-scale production.

    Heating Zone length & Constant temperature Zone

    Three heating zones, each zone 330mm long

    Total heating zone length: 1000mm (40'')

    constant temperature zone: 600mm at the center (with +/-5°C) (if setting all three zones the same heating temperature)

    Two foam ceramic blocks with alumina coating are included which are connected to flanges and rotate together with the tube.

     Powder Feeding & Receiving

    The processing tube is evacuated to create a vacuum and thus the powder inside the feeder (under atmospheric pressure) will be sucked into the tube due to the pressure difference. A vacuum pump is necessary for such an operation. Please click the image below to order. The furnace can be tilted at a certain degree to allow the powder collection on one side. 

         Quartz Tube

    High-purity quartz tube, maximum operating temperature: 1100°C

    Quartz tube size: 400mm OD x 390mm ID x 1800mm L or 216mmOD x 205 ID x 1800mm L

    Two alumina blocks are included to keep powder within the heating zone

    The inside tube is welded with stirring blades to make the powder sintering more fully and evenly.

    Max. Loading: ~ 30 Liter Powder

         Sealing Flanges

    The sealing flanges are provided with the processing tube. The standard configuration is:

    Both flanges are the quick-connect type. 

    One mechanical pressure gauge (range: -0.1Mpa - 0 Std atm - 0.15Mpa)

    The rotating seal is a magnetic fluid seal to guarantee that the front end of the flange does not move when the tube rotating under a controlled atmosphere.

    The RS485 communication port is built-in
