HTTF-1200-S Sliding Tube Furnace is a single-temperature zone rapid thermal processing electric sliding furnace. This electric furnace has a maximum heating rate of 10℃/min and is equipped with a sliding rail at the bottom, which allows the furnace to slide from one side of the tube to the other for rapid heating and cooling. This RTP furnace can also be used for the CVD growth of graphene and carbon nanotubes.

  • HTTF-1200-S Sliding Tube Furnace is a single-temperature zone rapid thermal processing electric sliding furnace. This electric furnace has a maximum heating rate of 10/min and is equipped with a sliding rail at the bottom, which allows the furnace to slide from one side of the tube to the other for rapid heating and cooling. This RTP furnace can also be used for the CVD growth of graphene and carbon nanotubes. It uses a touch screen and PLC control, which allows for adjustable speed.

    A laptop PC can be ordered for $500 together with the furnace. We recommend ordering a computer (laptop) from us to avoid software installation problems as we will perform installation and testing before shipping.

    Vacuum Flanges

    One set of stainless steel sealed flanges

    The flanges and quartz tube are sealed with O-rings, pressure rings, and O-rings, and tightened by threaded compression to ensure sealing

    The left flange has a KF25 vacuum interface, needle valve, and barb venting port

    The right flange has a needle valve, G1/4 air inlet, and mechanical pressure gauge.

    Application Notes

    Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.12 MPa 

    Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.

     Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
