  • HTVF-1650-A Atmosphere Box Furnace is an ideal tool for sintering new materials under inert gas or oxygen atmosphere up to 1650 ºC with a chamber dimension of 400x400x400 mm. this vacuum atmosphere furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber bricks and two sides MoSi2l heating elements with a vacuum-sealed steel case with a water cooling jacket.

     

    Furnace Structure

    The refractory muffle is built-in with a water-cooling wall with dimension 470 LX 410W X 550H (mm), which can stand at positive pressure up to 0.06Mpa and vacuum up to - 0.09Mpa.

    MoSi2 heating elements for working in both inert gas and oxygen environment up to 1600oC

    Two digital temperature controllers for controlling and monitoring furnace running at safety

    Heating Elements

    12 sets of MoSi2 coils heating elements are built-in both sides of the chamber and replaceable 

    The heating element is consumable parts that should be ordered separately if an extra set of heating elements is required. 

    MoSi2 heating elements can be heated both in inert gas and air

    Temperature Controllers

    Two temperature controllers and thermocouples (T/C) are built-in the furnace

    The primary controller and thermocouple dominate the user-defined heating program and the main alarm system with +/- 1oC accuracy and 30 segments of programmable.

    The monitoring controller only monitors the real temperature by the other thermocouple and activates the secondary alarm system when the failure of primary controller to ensure safety.

    Gas Flow Control and Vacuum

    Gas Flow Control and Vacuum Valve one large flowmeter (12L/min) is installed in the front panel o

    KF40 vacuum port with the valve is built-in to connect a vacuum pump
