Accessories clamp and strips of silicon carbide heating rod for furnace is a important parts of high temperature electric furnace. it is mainly for connection of electric power.

Single Loop (A Type) - for connecting binding post to silicon carbide rod.

Double Loop (B Type) - for connecting Starbar to Silicon carbide heating rod.

Post to Post (C Type) - for connecting binding post to binding post.

The "D" type clamp strap does not require an additional clamp. It is secured around the circumference of the Silicon carbide rod by the use of a bolt. The strap connection must be flexible so that no physical stress is transmitted to the Starbars. Avoid using large gauge, heavy wire.

The terminal clamps are used to hold the aluminum straps in compression around the circumference of the silicon carbide heating elements. The aluminum strap and terminal clamp should be installed at the very end of the Silicon carbide heating rod.

The "M" type derives its name from its similarity to the letter M, and manual.

The "T" type is used with an expansion tool, and is useful for installations where space is limited.

The TGA consists of two ceramic fiber washers, one steel washer, and a spring for silicon carbide rod.

Ceramic Terminal Tubes for Silicon carbide Heating rod, The SiC elements terminal holes in the high temperature furnace walls must be in line and be large enough in size to prevent the element or terminal tube from being pinched at all electric furnace temperatures.
